Are there dresses in the game?

Hi, I've waiting so long to play as a female character and i was dreaming so much about going with my hat and dress and....well no dress option when you start, so I work patiently for weeks so I can craft my own clothes and when I can finally do it....still not even one simple dress....? I'm quite sad to be honest....I'm afraid to ask because I can guess the answer...is there any dresses at all at least for buying?
