Any way to edit or change the 3rd person camera angle?

I've checked the files and settings but there's nothing to change the angle, just some FOV and zooming in and out when in-game.

I like 3rd person but not this kind, it's zoomed so far out, high above, and centred.

First person is fine but I get quite sickly after a while in this game.

Why not just over the shoulder and fixed more to actually be able to see your character better like it sometimes does during dialog.
