That info may not be very helpful to you but since I don't have my fps meter on and stare at it all the time, it's the best I can give you. Meters and their information tends to make peeps less happy rather than more when just playing the game should suffice unless you are having issues that make it unplayable or causes stuttering or other problems that need attention.
I know for game like this 60 fps is enough but wonder whats the cause of this weird info - why my computer have a problem to hit 144. In the other hand seems to be chilin (50%gpu, 50% cpu) but it drains so much power here . I got this gpu about month and record was 180w and now its 210w.
Your 4080 super should be able to handle the game better than my normal 4080. I would recommend looking at your PC settings possibly? I have no clue other than that.
As for yellow snow, the game replicates the low light of winter nicely which causes some lovely colors, like the yellowing of snow, and it also turns pinkish in the evenings. You need to get outside more. Just don't eat the yellow snow and you will be fine.
Play more, angst less.
