I tried killing it, but missed.
Any option for shooting the wolf will fail if your skill is too low, so it simply dissapears into the forest again. I have never had the skill to see what happens if you do.
The other story is about the Headwolf. Its a story that your villagers tells you, about the myth of a humanoid with a wolf head.
The options gives you different things, and i have not tried them all. I picked option 2 once and it gave me wine, option 3 made the villagers focus more on work, and option 4 gave me positive reputation once, and negative the other time.
The events have a random degree. It is possible that an event can be loaded several times in succession, but this does not usually happen.
