Mostly no.
The most Coin a vendor will have is just over 2k Coin. At Barter skill 3, anything with a base value greater than about 2500 can only be sold through a Market Stall.
Sorta yes.
If you buy 4k worth of stuff from that vendor, you can then sell them Elite Armour.
tl,dr - Not a bug, not an oversight. It would be silly to have the vendors suddenly carry wads of cash. Personally I think it was a good call on the devs part. Folks would just make too much money too fast then whine and complain about having all that cash and nothing to spend it on.
Get caught out after making a bunch of high dollar stuff, suffer like the rest of us who didn't pay attention, just saw the dollar (pick your currency here) signs. The only problem is thinking in first world 21st century terms. LOL
Market stall waste of time for those items. ymmv.
Ok, thanks for the info. Cheers!
Crafting those items ... for Market stall waste of time for those items.
FTFY
The Market Stall is an EXCELLENT way to move stolen, looted, and damaged goods!
Ahhh, good to know. I've been wondering if there was just no way to offload the things I just "found" in my backpack after a trip to town.
You can sell items stolen in a village at any other village, you just can't sell them at the same village that you stole them from.
OH, I didn't know you could do that either, thanks !
Are you saying the Market Stall is a waste of time for high dollar items? Because that's exactly what it's good for, since it can move items of infinite value.
I know you never mentioned stolen, looted, or damaged goods. That wasn't a response at you -- just something noteworthy I added at the end there. Sorry you got the wrong impression. ;)
