Either Branica or Baranica (center north towns) has a clothing vendor, but you should be able to find some just by running around and picking stuff up at empty camps, crashed wagons, etc.

does it matter where i build my village? cause some say if i build no where near mountains my people wont mine ores and rocks and stuff.

Not really, but you're going to need a fair amount of space over time. If this is your first game there is a large open space along the river west of Gostovia. Run West past the second bridge and about the time you're due south of Branica you will see a large open area on your left. It's a good place to build on a first playthrough because it's centrally located and has close access to all the basic building materials.
