Set your render distance to high to even have a chance of getting this archery target achievement on Alwin's Questline. Default settings don't render the target past 98m, and you need to be at LEAST 100m from the target to get 100 points on a shot. Then it just comes down to aiming above the target and letting go when the ridiculous weapon sway decides to be generous, so basically luck for your 'accuracy'. "Wasn't Even Looking." Indeed.

It is best to obtain the skill "Steady Hand" before this achievement. You can also stand in front of the target and put a marker to make it easier to line up with the compass marker.

We used to have a little friendly competition here, someone had hit the target at 1000m.

Also remember that you can use any weapon. If you do better with the crossbow, you can use the crossbow. Personally I prefer the longbow.

Steady hand 3 is pretty significant sway reduction. More useful for hunting animals at 15-30 meters than hitting this target from 120+ meters...
