The Autosave is? right... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.. only when you sleep he saved??? i worked for my village over 5h today than i died... yaaaaaaaay ALL GONE!!! Thanks for NOTHING.. pls..really PLS make autosave on EVERY NEW DAY!!! not on sleeping..thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥... All i found... all my reputation all LOST thanks -.- very pissed off now

You mean you didn't do a save of your own in 5 hours? It only takes a moment.

You can save manually anytime and have up to 100 different saves across different playthroughs. If you make a copy of the folder before deleting old saves, you can even collect more. You can also use F5 to quicksave and F9 to quickload. Just keep in mind that there is only one quicksave and each F5 replaces the one you made before.

if you dont need to sleep? no why? i have do quests and buld my village... and collect iron and lime etc... all fine but than ONE ATTACK from 3 wolves near the mine and i died.. and now? i am at this point where i start to play today...so Autosave is CRAP than you genn delete it.. its useless!

You've answered your own question as to why you need to do your own saves. It will save you a lot of heart ache.

but THAT its not an autosave have to work... so you can delete this crap or you can etup on EVERY DAY da saving..you say it doesnt takes so long so where is the problem?!...

it doesn't take long at all? f5 is quick save. No load screens, just press a button and bam, saved.

Even if not hitting f5 to quick save, which I rarely do myself, I just click exit and save. Just as fast and not a single hour lost of gameplay.

So why even make a fuss over a quicksave and autosave that works and works the same way as it has in several other games over a decade and more?

Click f5 to save or find the save function on esc menu. Simply. Takes 2 seconds to do at most. Better to lose 2 seconds than 5 hours, right? lol

Put your pants back on and grab the tissue. We have all lost time because of silly things. Learn to hit F5 or sleep every night. I sleep every night and thus only need to save occasionally. You did this to yourself.

Maybe its a new kind of hardcore survival gaming for advanced that doesn´t work too well...Holy crap, even while visitting villages talking to the ppl i quicksave/ load two dozen times. Whats the prob?

it is so easy to hit F5 at anytime, in a round about way it be your fault for not saving often instead of depending on auto-save.

There is really no need to work through the night. There is no hurry to do anything in this game.

I sleep every night, either in a bed or at a campfire (Autosave), I make a new Save every morning (100 available, then delete old ones if you need more), and I F5 (Quick Save) multiple times during the day. If something happened like a game crash, I would never lose more than 5 minutes of game progress.

Very easily if you get attacked by a Wisent, Wolf, or a couple of Boars before you have Iron Spears. You will be dead long before you can kill them with any wooden weapons. Yeah, you have a chance with a bow if you see them first, but sometimes (like while skinning) they catch you off guard.
