how do i build curtains and shelves?
i bought the recipes but i cant find where to build them.

Go in the house; equip and hold your hammer; face a wall or window; you will see a prompt that says 'Decorate'; then it will bring up the options you have for that wall.

This video might help. It was made before rugs and trophies, but they work the same way. Trophies work like shelves and for rugs you just have to look at the floor.
