How do I rotate the farming land ?
How do I rotate the farming land ? My farming area doesn't quite match the angle with my village. Is there any way to rotate the angle when building ?

Sadly, no. That's not possible. The fixed grid helps your farmers navigate the fields and orchards and perform all their tasks and animations properly. North to South, East to West, always.

The fields align north to south only. When your farmer works the field they start at the north-west corner and finishes at the south-east corner.

Many players use the field layout to align the houses to a grid type pattern.

i know how you feel. the 2nd game through I found a perfect spot for a village. its in the middle of the map southern edge of the central lake/river by the small island off the coast. the river there it nearly perfectly lines up with the way the farmland is placed then across the crik you place your village. Im up to 92 builds (200% limit) and just hit town, and even build one more 3x3 house :) my village looks great. I even made roads shortcutting north to the mines and have lanterns all over the place, two inns, two smiths, two sewing, two woodcutter, 4 evacuation, 4 hunting, 3 fishing, 2 herbalist, 2 cooks, 2 wells and alot more :D

I know its not what you want to hear but if the first thing you do is lay a strip field and use that to align your first buildings then work from there. Once you have done that you can delete the field it costs you nothing.

This is actually pretty lame. The buildings don't need to align to anything, nor fences, but you make the fields and orchards align? The game engine you chose allows players to put things wherever they want! Why restrict this resource like this? It doesn't make sense. This isn't Tic Tac Toe.

It's not about game engine's allowing me to put anything wherever I want. It's just about the game engine's not allowing me to choose the exact angle that I want for my farm so the game actually restricts me about that bro. I wasn't clear and my post was directed at the devs, not you. I'm quite in agreement with your original post. It's frustrating and shouldn't be a restriction in a game built on a game engine that technically offers total freedom. They had to add this restriction. The word "rotate" in your title speaks to angles - I wasn't confused.

Well, if you can come up with a way to make the engine do something it's incapable of doing, A LOT of people would be incredibly happy (Not me though because I know you can't do it :3)

Grid rotation for crops wasn't a promised delivery item in the game description. Your OCD does not give you a right to a refund on this one game design.

Fixed fields on the map grids' compass cardinal points allow NPC farm workers an aligned path to properly animate the fieldwork. The developers did an incredible job setting up straight-path animation for the farm workers. I appreciate what the developers accomplished in this part of the project.
