MD is jaw dropping in VR with UEVR!

I was following the game and had it on my whishlist for quite a while.
But yesterday I have finally decided to purchase it. Because I have realized from youtube that it works good in VR using UEVR

UEVR is a free tool that enables any unreal engine based game into VR

So I tried it, and I must say it is really working really good. True 3d VR, no glitches or anything, beatuful and also no performance problems. Runs in VR with almost same performance as on desktop. I am rendering at 150% resolution for Valve Index and achieving stable 80fps anywhere with all graphics on ULTRA. My specs 3700x, RTX 4080S, 32GB RAM, Valve Index.

I can reccomend this

Nice! I heard good things about the UEVR mod for it, but haven't experienced it myself yet.

start the game first. then start UEVR with admin rights. then click inject in UEVR.

PS: after entering VR you probably want to adjust UEVR settings. Depending on your hardware consider increasing resolution in UEVR. Also I suggest using motion smoothing @90 or @80 Hz. Play with the settings what suits you best.

I thought about getting one of those things, BUT .... If someone sees a 70+ year old walking round the house swinging my arms about they might call for the men in white coats to cart me of to a home for the insane ....

But I have heard loads of GOOD things, so try it if you like.

Play it with motion controls, but there's no need for 6 dof. You can play with them acting as a game pad, or play just with a pad or m/k.

The real deal is just being in the world, the game in VR is gorgeous looking.
