hey everyone i have been running into a problem of trying to figure out how to get my villagers to properly do their job such as the woodshed i built them a home and assigned them to both the job and their place of work and build a storage shed too so they can dump off resources i made sure to leave trees nearby but all they do is stand there and never move even though i put stone axes in each box so they could use them so please guild me through this thx

Have you set the work intensity inside the woodshed management? You need to tell them what they are making.

No. If you only want logs set 100% there. However your villagers need wood for cooking and heating and you don't want them taking the logs, so it's best to have firewood as well. This is a great video to explain wood and wood demand:
