Long live Savegames
So yes, if you are attempting to do those in the early years of your village, you will struggle or fail.
My King is called Ewald the fair and everyone is very happy with him. They constantly make comments about how they hope he will live a long time. I think the nicer the King the easier the quests are?
I honestly thought they're keeping track of your progression since most of mine were do-able (I also remember when they used to ask for iron tools and the like in the past).
I am not entirely sure what my king is but I think it might've been warmonger or the like.
Dorfschild = 3 erfüllte Quests
Wappen = 4 erfüllte Quests
Problematisch ist die Droprate bei Quests mit Tierschädeln. Die anderen Quests sind machbar, wenn das Dorf gross genug ist (wegen der Produktion).
My Valley playthrough, year 6 (5 day seasons) had 2 Iron chest-plate, 1 iron helmet, 1 iron grieves and another piece of armour. took 1 season to complete
My Oxbow playthrough, year 2 (7 day seasons) was 80 oats and 10 soup. I grew the beats to make the soup, forgot where to store them so they wouldnt get eaten, stored them in my house and my wife ate the. Forgot about the oats, threshed all that i grew. had to buy the 80. took 3 seasons.
I got the following quest in year 1:
Log: 200
Stones: 900
Limestone: 100
Straw: 400
Settings unchanged, of course I don't have much yet, but I do have a storage and a woodcutter (special NPC skill 5). I didn't want to try it at first, but then I started on the last spring evening of the 2nd year. I can't build the Excavation Hut yet. I wasn't worried about the wood. I bought limestone and stone in Piastovia in the spring and summer, so limestone was ready. Then I collected stones for 2 days and also went to the mine (I just dropped the ores there). There's enough straw outside Piastovia, I don't need to tell anyone that.
Whenever I was fully loaded, I dropped it at the herald's feet ( or rather picked up the existing piles first so that it remained a manageable pile). After less than 3 days I had everything together, picked it up from the floor and handed it in.
Doable. And faster than I thought to be honest.

Got more or less the same, in the same time, just farmed all by my self and carried it back to the tavern , not even had a mule. And still finished it, far before the end of the time.
I even got the stuff with the Milk and honey, why u not had any honey and no Milk animals. I builded 2 Beekeeping sheds and 2 Cow and 2 goat sheds and still finished it easy before end of the time. I originally wanted to delete the stuff than, but i have seen that the beekeepers seem to be currently the best Farm Skill lvl Buildings in the game. So i even increased them to 4 to get more and quicker experienced Farmers.
1) Epidemic. I need to deliver 50 instant cures, 50 healings and another 50 or 20 of some kind. It was the first year and I couldn't produce any of that yet. But from herbalists in Piastovia and Kloniсa you could buy 10-14 bottles of these medicines each season, so in 5 seasons you can easily complete this task.
2) Hygiene quest - the king wanted the peasants to be cleaner and ordered to build 3 toilets, 3 bathtubs (you don't even need to pour water into them to complete the quest) and three manure bins (I don't remember what they're called). Quite an easy task - you can complete it in a day).
3) The king wanted bison horns to drink wine from them or something. Here I had to suffer a little, because not every bison dropped a skull, but I still completed it in 4 seasons (they gave me 5 seasons to complete)
4) The king ordered to get 20 tin (because supposedly the metal in the cave loses its strength and it needs to be extracted). Here you need to go to the mine and knock out the tin. If you have tin reserves, then they will not work. Also an easy task, completed in one day - just find 20 tin veins and collect them. Moreover, you don't even need to carry these materials from the cave to the herald.
