How do i turn this off? My character says it ever 45 seconds or something and looking at the heat bar its at around 1%, looks to be as low as possible while visible. I have no clothes on except boots.

It is very very annoying. I understand the need to warn me, but at the current level there is no debuffs from what I can tell.

The only way to turn it off is to turn off the sound completely, turn off temperature in the customisation settings, or to make sure you are not overheated by wearing clothes that offer heat protections, taking the skill to be more resistant to temperature or consuming food/potions that lower your temperature.

Whenever i'm building stuff in the summer i just turn off voices due to the spam.
-i only turn it back on once i'm done building and going into town for supplies.

Oh, and don't take off clothes that give more heat protection: counter to what the PC is saying, taking off (heat protection) clothes makes the spam worse. XD

It's unbearably annoying. PC needs to shut the F up unless it's around 50% of the gauge.

It should be an initial warning to indicate you are getting hotter.
Next warning when debuffs are hit(I'm assuming it has debuffs)
Follow up warning that something is critical.
Maybe a final warning 2 minutes from death "I'm going to die."

If I die after the critical warning, i have no one but myself to blame.

According to the details for 2.2.0.7, currently in beta, they're making the following update: "Afternoons are milder in the most common summer weather"

Hopefully that will restore the normal summer temps.

I'd settle for visual clues instead with maybe some granting/wheezing sounds to complement instead of the constant I'm bawling or I'm dying of first!

All this complaining when it could be fixed by just understanding how the game works. I have never even heard my character complain, why? Because I understand how the game and real life works. Most people seem to think the answer is to wear less clothes. Do you see people in deserts going around naked? No because they would die. You need to wear clothes that have heat protection. Also put a point or 2 into the temp resist skill and you will never hear the pc complain again.

Character is wearing basic clothes and a hay hat that is available early on for heat protection, and is constantly moaning even when the gauge is at lowest every 30 seconds. It's also not the desert, but a forested highland.
It's not complaining, it's annoying game design.

it's not just the weather complains but for me it's hunger/thirst ones... it's too frequent and should be instead more visual than audible hints.

Naked is not the best solution!

A basic hat will give 12% heat protection.
Simple shirts will give 3% heat protection.
Simple trousers will give 3% heat protection.

Many shoes will also give heat protection. Noble shoes are 3% and Fine shoes are 4%. I don't know about ones that are in the 'simple' category because I have never bought or made any.

The basic hat alone will usually be enough to keep you from over-heating. But a complete simple outfit (which includes the basic hat) should carry you through Spring through Fall without being too hot and as long as you don't wear the hat in the Spring and Fall, you won't get cold.

The highest heat protection I can get with basic hat/shoes/etc. is 33%...I'm tired of hearing how hot I am ("I'm boiling")....really? I'm turning temperature off and dumping my winter clothing into to my chest.
