The king on Oxbow map(coop)
Hi guys, how can I talk to the king on Oxbow(coop)? The herald is not on the map so how can I talk to the king? I want to name my village but I am clueless how to do it. Also, where can I find a barber?

The herald has a random chance to appear on season change. If he appears you'll get a popup and the map will show the emblem of a trumpet. You are just going to have to be patient.

The barber in the Oxbow is Sedowin in Piastovia. The guy in whose sick house you woke up at the start of the game, and who introduced himself to you as the barber-surgeon.

Thanks mate. I hope the herald quests were added in this patch(in coop), because this is my 6th year and the herald did not show up yet even ones.

They were indeed not there before, but now added with this patch.

I saw the herald on oxbow when I played last night, he's definitely appearing now.

Ditto. He's currently sitting in the tavern in Pistovia and has given my 7 months to gather 500 logs, etc so the King can rebuild his kingdom. As I am currently in the Autumn of my first year and have only just recruited a lumberjack, I graciously declined. F5 is so useful when strangers accost you in taverns with their unrealistic expectations 🤔

This is anything but unrealistic. Endless requests have been made for endgame content. So here it is.

There is a point in the game where you struggle with overproduction and have to reduce all production. It's not a bad thing that there's just too much for your village right now. You'll get there eventually.

If that is the case they should make the quests scale based off the value of your economy. So when you first start you can get some realistic quests and by end game you are getting the big value quests.

I don't think so. Then you would get the reward (village name, own coat of arms) in the early game. And then it wouldn't be engame content, or: “nothing to do in the endgame except collect stuff”.

Or just make it that you have to have a large enough economy to be offered those rewards.
