Hello.

I have a question.
I'm already married in game and even though I still have the option to keep romancing and gifting when the inventory opens no gifts are shown (even though I have a couple) which I assume I can't keep gifting my wife because we're married. Are there other types of gifts that can be used while married? She seems to lose affection overtime even though I bath every night.
Is it worth saving the other gifts for when my kid grows up, in case he has no rizz, or is it better to sell them at this point?

One thing I know is that the description of the gift-items has to refer to either a male or female as person being gifted to. Maybe that's it?
You should still be able to gift after getting married.

You can still gift your spouse when you've married - you get more affection points if you match their personality type too; just got +15 affection for gifting my 'inventor' husband a set of scales ... whatever floats your boat

We do need a gifts guide prominently posted in Steam.
But the Wikia has it. Updated now that you character and heirs can be female, they created personality types & matching gifts for males, too.
