Combination of iron and board fence, without building up the iron (so it still lights up blue when you have a hammer in your hand)
Does anyone have the same problem, that the game doesn´t start after the update and is getting the message, that UE4 has crashed with fatal error?
How can i repair it.
Thanks Oxbowers :-D
There is a technical section https://steamcommunity.com/app/1129580/discussions/7/ full of people reporting the same issue.
Not really, no :) I like to experiment with the options we have to achieve different looks. Combining fences is a great and easy option. Platforms are the next big hit, even if they are limited by uneven terrain. They have the great advantage that they can be placed very close to everything else (I hope this stays in the game) and that you can actually place decorations underneath them. This opens up so many possibilities, hence this thread, show me what you've created, master builders of the Middle Ages!
(I tried my hand at a pavilion to create covered seating in front of the kitchen and failed :/ I didn't have enough room to get the platform up).
I'm now waiting to see when the tree grows back if it will fit through the platform so I can maybe build a tree house or something.

Unfortunately, I often get stuck on my path because of the poor surface, have you by any chance found a trick?
I noticed that about the tree stump too, but it will take some time for it to grow back in my village as we have a very, very long summer of festivities here.

Small things work great, I think this one is really cute:

For now, I've dedicated a lumberjack for logs and planks, just for trial and error. I'm trying to build in a zigzag pattern, like the roads in the Alps.

I'll try to take a better photo if the weather improves.
