VR New Settlement issues with shopping

Hi I just got New Settlement so I'm still trying to figure out the learning curve but I think this might be a bug?
I read the shop sign at the starting town area and it says to grab an item from the store supplies and to put it into the weighing bowl and then to put money and or your items in the other bowl to trade. Correct?
So, when I grab the item and leave the curtain area back to the shop counter it immediately removes my dynasty points and counts it as stealing.... I even tried to put it in the bowl from inside the curtain area but even getting close to the curtain resulted in the same issue.
I dont understand if I am misunderstanding how this works or if it is a bug that needs to be fixed but any help or advice would be appreciated.

This forum is for the normal Medieval Dynasty game on Steam. Not the VR version which was made by a different company.

True. Unfortunately there's no Steam version of VR game, so people mistake it for the same game, or just don't know where to look for advice. This forum won't help much with VR game.

I didnt realize they were made by different companies considering they share a name (and logo) I thought this forum was substituting for the VR not having their own forum hub. I will possibly check out the discord. TY

Thank you for helping. I was able to figure out the problem was in teleport mode cause once I used the walk feature instead the problem stopped happening so hopefully the devs will fix that lol. Thought Id let ya know

You might want to post that on the Discord link that Morri provided. Otherwise, the developers won't know.
