How do I read my spouses affection in Oxbow?
I look at overall stats (left "alt" key) and I look under conversation ("Let me take a close look at you"), but I can't see my spouses affection the way I could when I was flirting in order to get married. The conversation suggests my spouse is feeling neglected, but how do I see specifics in the coop? I'd like to know if the situation is desperate or it I'm still okay.

You don't need to give a gift. It's at the bottom the whole time as long as you have the dialog option open. From your own video: https://imgur.com/a/19ul219

Have you tried talking to them, communication in a relationship works wonders, but seriously ... if you talk to them that shows their affection, mood and age.

Punch her in the face, if she punches back without hesitation it's love

Yes. As I said, I tried all the options in conversation. I can see mood, age, and other stats, but nothing about affection level. Her first response I see at the bottom says something about being neglected, but her mood is good (best in the village). I've also tried using the Alt key (I forget what that's called, examination?) which used to show exact mood before I married her (so I knew when she hit 100). At this point, nothing I can find gives me a numeric value showing her affection.
Perhaps it has something to do with that fact I'm playing co op in solo mode? I read somewhere some of the game features don't show up for that yet.
Any developers around who can help?

Ok, just checked in game on the left Alt key, it's inspection mode. Shows me everything else about spouse, but not affection level.
