It doesn't mention co-op on the site, so probably not.
And as for the graphics, you can look at the trailer. It looks nothing like Medieval Dynasty.
So the Meta VR version was made by a completely different dev studio and not by Render Cube (the devs of MD).
And that's great, cause I personally prefer the MD devs to continue working on the Steam version instead of abandoning it to go try make a VR game that I won't be playing. So what exactly is your complaint?
