Oxbow iron mine location

Hi guys. Where is a mine in Oxbow map with iron? I have found only 3 caves/mines with copper and tin only.

If you build a mine, you can get iron from all of them.
The easiest mine with minable iron in it is next to to village Skauki (forgot how to spell it so hope I spelled it right)

Oh. So if I get this correct, it matters only if I want to mine the iron in person. But it doesnt matter for my NPCs if there is iron ore or not in the mine. They will mine it anyway. Is that correct?

Mit dem Bau einer Mine, wird automatisch Eisen freigeschaltet. Du kannst vorher in jede Höhle rein wo es Rohstoffe gibt und selbst etwas abbauen. Aber Eisen nicht. Erst mit dem Bau einer Mine. In Skauki ist ja eine Mine, in er kannst sozusagen "klauen" gehen.

In a nutshell, all the mines have iron, but you need to develop them by building a mine (higher in the tech tree) which opens up the back section of the cave.

Prior to that you can go into the mine in Skauki and mine iron yourself, but you have to build a mine to get your workers to mine tin and iron.

You should go visit that NPC mine down at Skauki. It's impressive.

Iron only opens for NPCs after the mine is built. In Oxbow, the player can go into the mine near Skauki and mine iron, but not NPCs.

Building a mine building on top of a mineable cave entrance, opens up an extra area in the back of the cave, previously blocked off, where you will find iron.
Plus, by having a mine building, you can also assign some villagers there to mine for you.

So, you'll have to unlock the mine building in the technology first before you get access to iron (other than buying it from the existing villages).
