Oxbow fertilizer

I got seeds and fertilizer and manure from Markuslav, I am in spring one and I have got all the seeds I wanted and all the fertilizer and manure that he had for sale. What I want to know is there anyone else on the Oxbow map that sells fertilizer or manure?

The problem is that unless you can make your own fertiliser you are always going to be limited to what you can buy. Later on, when you have animals (preferably pigs) that's not a problem. Until then your best bet is to grow as many cabbages as you can and harvest them, let them rot, and make the rot into fertiliser.

That is why I planted 120 cabbage seed.

Does cabbage give the most rot? I’ve been filling mine with berries and roasted meat.

Yes you get four rot for each cabbage and it takes 10 rod to make one fertilizer.

Early new game I build the pigsty as soon as possible and buy a male and female pig. Buy the feed and get the pigs pooping. I also build several compost bins (at least 4) and fill them with meat. After processing the manure and rot in the barn, it will give you more than enough fertilizer to plant a 16/16 field. My first field is always Flax. You can buy the seed at the resources market stall in Pastoria.

This is a great way to build farming skills and technology points. And will give a good infusion of coins.
