It now is too hot I have taken off all of my cloths and still keeps saying it is too hot! It is 34c that is 93F

Taking off all your clothes is not a good idea. Instead you need to wear clothes that give you heat protection.

And when it's extremely warm, there's nothing more you can do than wear the clothes with the best heat protection, and you'll still be overheated when going outside. Just like irl.
Make sure to carry enough water with you as you won't take damage when overheated, but your water meter will go down rapidly.

Flat straw hat, short sleeve tunic, trousers with cuffs - that provides the highest heat protection possible. Make sure anything else you're wearing doesn't have negative heat protection. With a point or two in Insensitive (Survival skill) you should be good to go.

Have you ever noticed how people that live in deserts are covered head to toe? There is a reason for that.

speak to Poznomir at the market square, and get some mead that helps when its too hot, if you are not into alcohol (hic), go for pear juice. oh I have to share when I ran around naked(in game not IRL(thats another story....lol) )the villagers where making comments about 'are clothes so expensive now, people cant afford them' or similar .
