Stable hand's duty's

I assigned a stable hand to the donkey's shelter. But all she seems to do is feed them. She does not seem to clean out the shelter. Allowing the manure to pile up.
I would like to see the stable hand at least take that manure over to the storage to where it can be used and turned into fertilizer.

For the longest time in this game, only pigs gave manure and it could only be collected by an NPC. The manure you can find in the stables was added later, so that the player can collect manure from all animal shelters without having to hire a worker. So this manure is yours to gather or simply leave where it is.

That's a bonus for the Player. Or manure-supply, if you don't have a Pig-Herder.
Even he produces manure out of thin air, but doesn't clean the stable.
Maybe, the Devs could add a workstation (the new decoration ones),
just deleting manure from all stables in range after 18:00 or whatever.

Yea the manure in the stables is just for the Player Character to collect. The only animal producing manure for the NPCs to collect are pigs (and even in their sty the poop on the floor is PC only.)
Stable hands for donkeys and horses don't actually have much to do, they are more of a luxury, you can easily refill their food by yourself (wich also is just necessary for them to multiply), since a full through lasts for quite soem while.

Hopefully they will add this to the game as well to all animal stalls.
To me it just seems like it would be more effective to do it that way rather than allow it to pile up.
Also it seems that the only things that pigs are good at is for manure. But all of the other animals do more than just live and crap. lol
