Report a translation problem
- As larrysteele indicated, the mood boost depends on what kind of king you have. Your villagers do not appreciate you helping "Edward The Cruel" for example, and you'll get a negative mood boost if you help him. For helping "Edward The Beloved" they'll get a postive mood boost. And if you help "Edward the Bearded", they will simply not care and you'll get no mood boost.
- As the king's herald can ask for large quantities, he indicates that he can take them directly out of your storage. You don't have to carry them in your inventory.
- 15% is the cap for tax boost. So if you are at -15%, completing quests after that won't make a difference anymore.
This happens after finishing more than about 4~7 Quests
