Neighbors Have Their Differences - Why is this one so hard to solve? I have gone to both houses and wrote down what I saw. I didn't see any flowers except one pot of dead chicory outside one. No combinations seem to work. I am so stuck. Does anyone know the combination please?

I am losing my mind and may just take out my crossbow and end them.
