Where i can find good spot with big flat area to build village?

Why don't you look around? That is part of the game, finding what you consider a good spot to build.

You will likely have the most fun and immersion if you find your own hand picked spot versus using google or taking advice on the forums.

Just be ready to fight some wolves and bears assuming your playing the default settings.

I just went across the bridge for starters, and now liked it, now thats where my villige is (Oxbow)

Since you didn't say on which map, then there is a big flat area next to the river east of Rolnica. On the inclines closer to the NPC village (up to the point it says it's too close to another village) you can place fields. There are 2 quick travel carts nearby if you need them - one next to Rolnica and another across the river next to Tutki.

Big flat in Oxbow is west and southwest of the starting town Piastovia on the two half-islands. Then another very flat is far north the island with the flat ground at a mine over the river.

I have already moved the village 2 times because the landscape is not level and does not look beautiful, gonna try 3 time around lake in the southwest
