Never Forget quest

I have Otker talking of rebellion and i have to decide weather to help or not. Not enough info or proof have been given for me to make that decision. Is there a right way to go? Is Otkar right in his claims or is he lying to enlist my help? I'm the sort of person to sit on the fence with such problems. I'd rather not act than to risk helping the wrong person. Problem is that i've already saved the game since starting the mission, otherwise i'd just avoid that mission until i know the right coarse of action.

Since the missions really don't make a difference, I wouldn't sweat your decision.

I chose to help, it got me inside where I could subvert the others. Pretty sure a different choice would lead to the same end by a different route though.

I am at the point where he is having a conversation with his father and I am supposed to listen. They stopped talking, but it is not going any further. Doesn't show I completed it.

Just save, exit to main menu and re-enter. Its the same with other "listen to convo" quests. Just a lil' hiccup.
