Children's gifts in Oxbow

Hi I'm having a lot of fun with the new update and the Oxbow region. The only thing is I'm not sure where to find the gifts for kids like the wooden sword or dolls. I think I've gotten one gift from some found loot but is there a vendor in any of the villages that sells these items?

I have seen some toys to steal in the village but not how to buy, craft or obtain them yet. :(

Swords from the blacksmith, doll from the seamstress. Have fun finding the NPC.

In the main city the gift vendor stall is the one where the blonde teenage girl with the annoying voice hangs out all the time, right next to the opening going towards the tavern. That guy sells all the wood figurines for giving your kid. Also when exploring the ruins if you see the fighting targets next to them, examine them as I have found toy swords on at least one occasion that I remember that way. There is a home in that main city where there are three rude little boys living, there is the garden area are a bunch of figurines and if my memory serves me right 3 dolls you can steal as well. Don't worry over it, spouses and heirs don't care if its stolen. They accept it and you get the same reward for it being given. Just be careful not to be seen doing that too often.

Of course stealing all your kids toys will just drive home the argument to him that yes, crime does indeed pay.

Seamstress is in Ostaya - I bought a rag doll there; blacksmith is in Skauki, I think - try him for toy swords
