Oxbow - no wife missions?

Married, 5 year old child but no wife missions at any stage - are the wife missions only for the Valley?

Yup. There are no wife missions, seasonal events or kings missions on the Oxbow map.

Seasonal events and king's herald missions will be added at a later point. Wife and heir quests are not been planned (yet).

Thank goodness, I can get on with the real jobs and not run around trying to get hold of a fish head soup pie that some really dodgy character makes, and we all know this guy never washed his hands.

TBH I do miss those quests and look forward to doing pointless missions. I got a good idea for a man mission, 2 seasons to complete, every day wife complains about the house and lack of decorations so every day you have to improve the house day 1 rugs needed if no rugs, if there are rugs change style of rugs. day 2 stone walls needed if stone walls already there she wants stick walls, day 3 if stone walls are new they need to be insulated, if still, oh no she does prefer the stone and be insulated. day 4 (new season) yep the are no skulls on the walls we need skulls, already got skulls the dont match or there the wrong one CHANGE THEM. Day 5 wife,...'You know the wives in Piastovia who husbands are successful and know how to show love, they have personal workstations in their gardens' day 6 (last day of the quest),wife 'Oh this has is so beautiful, but look at the view I need a newhouse with a better view'

This is not from personal experience just heard of a few ladies like this, and thought it would make a good quest.

Love to hear what the female version of this quest would be like.

oh yea the fish-soup guy... I think that was the only high skill person from the wife-quests I did NOT hire...

You're still going to do the pointless missions the majority of the time in Oxbow, the storymissions are as laughable as they can be.

Talk to person B
Talk to person A
Bring x item to Person B (given by Person A)
Talk to person A again
Talk to person B
Follow person B 60 meters down the road
Mission completed or "wait till next season" for more talking to npc's.

The "listen to conversation" ones are the worst, as you're not listening but reading their conversation with no option to skip the text
