What's the functionality of the hay pile?
It's under Farm Workstations, so does it have a functionality other than decoration?

*Nearly* all of the decoration tabs except traps are purely decorative for the aesthetic of your village. Placing things inside houses also increases villager mood (+1% per item, up to 10%) although likely better to go for wall/floor/attic deco for those as its far less intrusive.

Decorations & Furniture are for building hunting blind mini-forts in Bear territory.
