100% with woman but no married and no live, bug?

I play with friends, all have wifes and live with them, I have 100% with 2 womans and still havent options to live with them and i still can flirt with other free womens ... is that bug? we restarted game, integrity, nothing, still same. I am in house alone, she and that other , both 100% live alone home and still havent option married and live

Hi, for you (main character) the age difference must be 10yrs or younger. Also she will not move in with you until you marry. Happy gaming :))

i know there must be max 10 years, as i wrote i have 100% with both, if they are older than 10 years, then I cant flirt with them
and i am not marry, read what i wrote, thats why i create this thread, they dont want marry me, i havent that option here, on both womans and i still can flirt with other to 100% and still havent that option there

Go and talk to one of this blokes again. Choose Romance, then choose the first (1) option. Then she will marry you. if not it must be a bug.

Morri, lesen wird überschätzt. Textverständnis auch. Heutzutage sind bei vielen Youtube Videos oder Bilder notwendig.

I think it would be easier if the first dialogue under romantic would start with the sentence "Will you marry me?". But it doesn't. It says "I've never felt so much love before" and then a whole chapter follows. We've seen this dialogue many times before we reach 100% affection so we are used to not reading it anymore. I keep seeing it in letsplays that people don't find the proposal because they don't read that text under no. 1. So if it's not pictures or videos as Cocco suggested, it should at least be in the first line :)
