Lately for example Farmer's Dynasty 2 was announced some year after the last somehow bigger patch in the 1st game and a couple of bugfix patches following it through the year.
One or more sandbox maps without quests with different difficulties (more or less space, for example) would be great, but I still see that as a long way off...
Agreed. They've already posted most of 2024's road map (and knowing this dev team, they'll include surprise updates that aren't on this list). They said they'll post the 2025 road map later this year.
Those are from a different developers same publisher. Medieval Dynasty is the only one this dev team has anything to do with.
