Stone Parchment Shears quest?

Multiple location quest to make a new game for woman outside the big vendor town in Oxbow map. Went and did the stone part in the mining town and the parchment part from the job billboard but when I go to collect the special shears in the fishing village the girl says they are already paid for and to find them myself. Stole 3 pairs of bronze shears already and can't find anymore in any of the houses and sheds. This is causing a big dynasty penalty as I am second season in and still directed by the quest to keep searching the village for them. Any idea where they actually are as ever container has been checked and all chests and bags show as empty there now? Or is this yet another standard issue broken ass Medieval Dynasty quest? Unfortunately I forgot to save before taking it as I had not run into the old single player campaign issue of broken quests in Oxbow map before. This quest has no timer on it either so it will last forever.

You need a specific shears for this quest, not just any will do. If you have inspector mode unlocked, you can use that to find them.

In case you don't, they're stuck in a tree next to the sowing hut

I'm not sure if they spawn in the same place every time. They show up in inspector view as a quest item with kind of a light golden text color different from anything else.

They were stuck in a tree next to the Oxbow Sewing Hut for me.

Thanks guys. Never had to use inspector mode to solve a quest before. Now I am having a duh moment as I have used it to fins my arrows and missing logs so many times but never thought about it before.

Which sewing hut? Are there other villages with them or just piastovia?
