Clothes need to be adjusted for temperature.
Body temperature needs to be better adjusted. When Oxbow was launched, the temperature was too high for some people, but now it's too low again. Winter with the right clothes is fine, it's summer that needs adjusting. I can't get too hot anymore I've got my character dressed in the best winter clothes (81% protection against cold / -25% protection against heat) holding a torch next to my fireplace and it's +30C without the "Sensitive 3/3" skill and my character is in the comfort zone.

Winter clothing could be updated with more -% for heat protection, so we shouldn't be comfortable at +20C even with the Sensitive skill. Also, it would be nice to have 1 or 2 extra degrees when running or working at the forge.

I know it's not easy to please everyone, but if you could modify these settings, or if you plan to add a temperature slider in the settings, it would be greatly appreciated.

Edited as I forgot to put the "+" in front of the degrees.

English:
I don't have any problems with my clothes in winter, even without the temperature resistance feature.
I don't get 100% protection from the cold (you need the ability for that), but I only need a torch if the temperature drops below -20°C.

It's the same in summer. Only on extremely hot days at over +38°C does my character complain that it's too hot for him. Then working indoors or duck hunting in the water helps.
In fact, heat protection with clothing doesn't work as well as protection from the cold, but that's perfectly fine. It's the same in reality.

What I mean is now we can spend all summer in full winter clothes and not suffering from the heat.
I'd also like to ask the community for a small favor. In order to help the community, I've made a description of all the character status icons, but the overheat icon is missing because I can't trigger it anymore. If anyone has a screenshot with this icon, it would be helpful.

Thanks for your help.

Temperature was fine in the winter until they adjusted it. It's suppose to be cold in the winter. But a few complaints and we need our hand held .... and BOOM TEMPERATURE LOWERED to make it easy for everyone. If they are going to soften this game up to baby blanket levels i wish they would add a option or slider that lets people keep the original settings or even better be able to adjust them for a more difficult game experience.

Exactly. The temperature is almost the only real survival aspect of the game. I also agree that the previous configuration was perfect for an average setup. Now I wear top cold protection and wait for +38C to get hot.

When I started in oxbow i noticed that I was frrezing all days during spring, until I scraped together enough to buy extra clothes. Now In the summer my character constantly complain that it is to hot, even without clothes on. Still I do not think that the parameters are so much off "target". The key will probably be to use skill points to increase temperature toleranse a bit as soon as you feel you can afford it.

Thank you, Alive, for your continuous efforts. May Morri would like to pin it, when finished.

I most definitely will add it to the other pinned post with symbols that Alive made!

Now that it's done (thanks again simeon), I'm sure the next season that heat icon will show up ;)

I´m at 2.0.0.2 and no updates left, but i dont play the testbranch, so maybe it will be same for me in upcomming versions
The best clothes for winter are the Bag Hat, Fur Boots, Long Fur Hood, Thick Leather Gloves, Quilted Vest, Joined Hose, but they don't have a negative effect if you wear them all year round.

Without the sensitive skill, they offer 97% cold protection, but only -26% heat protection. I'd like to see that increase to -50%. I'm still experimenting by wearing my winter clothes all the time to see when I'll get the heat status, but I still haven't got it, even at +30°C.

I also propose, to have a hypothermia indicator different from the freeze indicator when we go in the water during winter (the freeze icon with an arrow maybe). A temperature of -5°C ~ -10°C for 30 sec. to a minute would add a bit of realism to survival and might force the player to use the bridges.

Ideally, a similar reverse effect to cool off in summer would also be perfect.
