Respawn of players in CO-OP Mode

My fellow players spawn at the season change or when they die mostly at the capital. Is there a way to set the spawn point somehow? they are extremely annoyed by it.
I think you should be able to assign them to a dedicated house.

Build a house and have them click on the sign by the door.

Thank you. I always used the management-menu instead of the signs, so I wasn't aware of that
