Son of the She Wolf Quest: Listen to the Conversation - bug?

I'm on the Son of the She-Wolf quest. and I'm meant to listen to a conversation between Jaropelk and Niedan, but Jaropelk has walked out of the building (now standing out the front) and I can't seem to move past the "listen to the conversation" instruction. Any ideas?

Listening quests are bugged atm.
