season length 30 days/compost/saisons

Hello:) So already I only have 8 hours of game time but I'm enjoying it... I don't expect a game this well.

I'm in the summer season...

I would like to know how long it takes to harvest compost on 30-day settings per season?

Without fertilizer, can I still plant seed?
In the compost bin, I put straw from the berries.... What do you wear?
And also where is the best place to build your cabin in a hunting ground?
for I place them in front of my house....
Thank you wow I'm bluffed by everything you can do in the game and it's very beautiful, I play in 1st person view (3rd person is not good for me)

Well since the game does not really have an end it is not that hard to make it last :-)

You can play for as many generations as you like since you take over as your son (or daughter in Oxbow) when your current character dies (as long as your offspring is at least 18).

Really just take your time. Develop your village slowly (after all it takes a lot of resources) and enjoy the scenery. Basically this is a game you can play as fast or slow as you like.

And of course once you get bored with your current game you can start again with a village in a more challenging location (and with the latest update, you have two maps to choose from). Lots of us here are on our second, third, forth or more play through. I'm currently on my fifth game, four times in "The Valley" and now in Oxbow having been playing since it was in early access.

People have built massive villages and spent game-years decorating them, people have played as a hermit living in the woods in a small house and survived by hunting.

There's a lot of youtube videos that can give you ideas. After that, it is really up to your imagination. Relax and enjoy :steamsunny:

yes indeed it is true that when I started my game I remember a little, that there is the choice between 2 cards indeed, once the first one is finished I will do the second Oxbow
but it's true that I rarely run at full speed, I admire the landscape and I take the time to read all the history of each character "I laughed on the quests of the owl "I put not expect hahahah ^^
I play in 4k slowly doing things right and I learn a lot of mechanics that are very realistic, I find this game wonderful...
the game set to 30 days is great because otherwise it's too short....
Thank you to the developer for giving us the choice, if there were 60 days I would do it but 30 days is already correct.

As for successes, I'm not a success hunter but I like to do them on games I really like, I'm starting a new co-op game, but I'll try to keep it in case it doesn't work out either...
The problem is that when I start a game I can't stop because I like it so much that I like :)

Well for Co-op you will have to be in Oxbowas it's not availabe in The Valley.

i know what you mean. This is the game that I bough a gaming PC for and that got me through Covid in 2020. I played about 14 hours a day

it's so facsinating... So it reassures me I'm not the only one I'm addicted to playing:)

it surpasses a lot of AAA games
Then I don't follow the guides on the internet because I like to discover by myself, I just ask questions when I'm blocked and its helps me a lot, the community has the awesome air

until the developers sort out the problem for the successes, I'll unlock them on the second part with the Oxbowas map.

One thing to mention that may save you some grief - don't take on any of the hunting quests (such as "kill 4 Boar") because those are bugged at the moment and the animals you kill don't get counted. We are waiting for a fix to be released.

It is always a good idea to save (or quicksave) before accepting a quest, that way if you get something wrong or cannot complete the quest you can always go back.

This bug is fixed in the test branch (2.0.0.3a). Just got the update.
