Where is Otker?

I have 6x the same quest. I have to read with Otker but i cant find that guy. Quest name is(German) Niemals vergessen: Kopf der Rebellion. and as i said i have this quest 6x in my Questlog

You should be able to track the quest and/or read the notes to find him.

Othewise:He should be sitting at the far east table of the Tavern area in Piastovia.

He is not there and tracking the Quest didnt show me and notes is only i should read with him.

If all else fails, walk around town in inspector mode. Anyone giving or receiving quests will stand out with the little exclamation mark and be easy to locate.

I allready did checked all villages with inspector mode without success.

Oh damn; I got nothing. Sounds bugged. You probably want to post this over in technical issues with a link to your save game for them to look at.
