Will mods be available ?

So I love this game a lot I've been hooked since Co-op released because I was finally able to play as a girl!!!! Anyways, just wondering will the game ever be open for mods, like hair mods and cloth mods or like beautification mods or any CC mods?

The devs said they'll consider it only once they are done with providing updates for the game themselves.

4-20-2024 co op comes out for consols then start working on the next update after that who knows what is next.

I prefer official content over mods. Hope they keep adding to the game for a long time.

devs did something wonderfull to the game: choose your own difficulty by adjusting dmg, health, days, fast working, unlimited weight and more stuff. that is so perfect and i wish every game would have this kind of feature.

Oh that sounds wonderful, because this game is awesome and if one could add mods for more stuff that would be harder for the devs to add, it would be even better like more CC options!! But hey this game is worth the wait and more. Like its very addictive.

One of the first mods I'd like to see is a more friendly UI. Cycling between people and their houses/jobs is still weird, the display for problems, and an actual clock at the top of the screen. Even Majora's Mask had a better clock than that thing. Also hoping for Multicolored Christmas Candles, more seasonal things will never get old

No, ofc I mean even if mods werent implemented it would be fine since the game is very entertaining and has a lot of quests and things to do so its not like it needs mods, it would only be nice but not needed.

Honestly this should've came with the same time as coop, or at least once coop's bugs are all fixed.

No point waiting around a whole year for one patch on PC at this point, the foundation for the game is fantastic. But it's missing all the extras mod would bring, like, reasons to play past the 2/3 year mark :/ Coop is the last major push of attention the game will get, why wait 3 years ? (Not a question)

I have 10 year old games without mod support that I still play. If a game is fun then it is playable for a long time without 3rd party mods.

That’s nice, this won’t be one of ‘em.

It’s a great game but it dies before it even gets started due to lack of content. 2 game years and I’m done, and looking at achievements that’s putting in more time than the majority
