Chapter III - Successful Flirting?

I'm struggling to find a female that is unmarried and looking for a partner. I've been checking the campfires at the different villages. Not sure how to complete this 'Successful Flirting: 0/1'. Any suggestions?

Any of the women that you can recruit are available to flirt with, they can be found at the firepits in every village and show their levels when you look at them while holding the alt key

To succeed at flirting recruit all women you'd want to marry to your village. So that it's easier to find them and flirt with whilst you work out what their personality type is which let you guess which flirt dialogues will give a better response. Just that means needing to have a separate house for each woman you recruit into your village.

You’re saying I need to build more houses and try to invite women to my village before trying to flirt? I never seem to find women at the campfires. Hahah

I don't know how long it takes for a couple to be established, however if you want to flirt with a woman certainly don't match her up with another single man.

You can set up quite a few women in your village each in their own house (on their own ) and flirt with all until you have all at 100% then decide which skills or personality types seem best for your wife.

You do not need to recruit the woman to your village to flirt with them.
Any recruitable woman at a campfire who is within 10years of your character can be flirted with so long as you have not yet married.
It is one of the dialogue options when you are speaking with them that opens up another set of conversations that contain the flirting lines. So speak with a female NPC who can be recruited who is within 10 years of your character and try every conversation option.

The advice others are giving about recruiting to the village and housing separately from men is more to do with having some woman to flirt with regularly to a) build your diplomacy levels without having to visit NPC villages each season and b) build an NPC affection towards you so you can eventually marry them.
