There is no significant advantage to build level 3 house over level 2 house.
Larger house use up more space.
are you sure decorations increase mood? I thought they removed that with the last update. I think as of now only insulation affects mood, not decorations.
That would be nice to know, yes. Tbh it stands to reason that the bigger house gives more happiness.
OK so, if I got that correct, the house itself doesn't give more happiness but the more decoration slots it has can potentially give more happiness once they are filled? Do we know how much happiness each decoration item gives?
It's not a huge mood boost, I think only 1% or maybe 2%? Feel free to try it out, the effect is instant, so just look at the mood of the people living there before adding a decoration and after (once the arrow of mood increasing has disappeared), and you'll know :-)
I was just wondering whether the more expensive decorations gave more. I'll check though.
So, waste of money to get the expensive ones...
