1 would mean your children would not share your lastname.
2 would mean you and your siblings would not have the same last name..
3 would mean you could change last name by changing job
you would in church marriagee just be bob.. not bob the ....
oh i forget one placenames.
people with a placename as lastname.. we have people with last names like reimerswaal places sunk beneath the wave long long ago
what i found fascinating is an old dictionary I saw when I was young. not sure if it was at this point 200 years old but it had like some sort of prickly very short animal fur felt like on the cover. and all the words...and there where LOTS, where common english at the time but incorporated all the tech of the time, basically stuff made from wood...and it was MUCH more complex than you would think. not like this is a wheel or a barrel. and I am not just talking bung hole. it was on the level of say what all the kids with memes and the background deep dive into culture to understand them,,,or someone who really knows how to build a computer and make the associated software. As we have forgotten all the tech required to make these things most of the words are gone.

Angela cartwright or Nancy cartwright are pretty famous ( for many generation space though) lol
ALSO could put all these families in the game LOL
Not really relevant to the topic, firstly. Secondly, the "dynasty" part is you starting a village and becoming a thriving community, and your child eventually inheriting that. "Dynasty" doesn't mean "your family accomplishes something one generation can't do on it's own". It means "a position of power inherited within the family." Which is exactly what the game allows you do to with it's heir system. As you are basically the "mayor" of your village.
Queue a Polish speaker to give us the real skinny. Thanking you in advance.
(had to censor your post because of the word use, sadly)
Here people are named after their clan, which is why you see so many celtic family names everywhere.. mcdonald, macdonald, mckeevie, mcnearson and so on. (my spellings are probably wrong)
My surname allegedly comes from the Town of Bothe which allegedly means Trader Area which then commonly became known as Animal Place ie where you would auction animals and slaves and buy goods.. a Booth. So people call me Martin Phonebox now.
Because that makes sense.
Continuing with the original post. Do kings live longer or shorter than npcs in general or do they get ousted/executed or do they just die after a given time..
