4. Co op supports 4 players as it uses peer to peer protocols.
If you want more a dedicated server is required but Medieval doesnt support that yet.

Jaunitta, nothing of what you said has been confirmed yet.
You can assume it'll work like that because of how most games do it; but we don't know how the devs of MD will implement it.
There's also the issue of different platforms that might play a role.

Great. Shop site says "Team up with up to 4 friends for a cooperative gaming experience." but the game only supports a four player coop instead of the advertised five player coop (yourself + four friends). you could call that false advertising -.-

this form was from 2023, your a bit late to all this. All you have to do is youtube or read no need to bring a dead form post back to life cause you didn't look into the game.. Also i never saw 5 players iv only ever sense 4 sense the new map was brought out so someone lied to you along the way lol.
