Or craft a Market Stall set to resources and set a high number of stones they will sell pretty fast and save you a trip.Hire a villager . :)
Or later on if you have the extra workers you can dedicate a smithy towards making various stone tools and using a market stall to offload it. It can also help to get rid of excess logs that build up both take up a considerable amount of space in your resource storage.
