Meaning of symbols/icons (top left corner + statuses bottom left)

Since this question is so frequently asked, here is some helpful info on what the symbols/icons in game mean:

I don't get it. I checked and there is plenty of water in Food Storage so why am I getting a No Water symbol? And I have a house with a person standing next to it but everyone has a house to live in.

Check the list of people, there is probably one with a symbol next to them that they don't have a house.

Still don't get it even after looking it up and fixing tools etc for everything i still have x10 production issues which makes no sense when i have put correct tools in every production. Even tried to remove the workers for a second and then give the work back to them, but nothing is working. It does say they are working and they do cause the storage gets filled up. Just don't understand wtf is going on ngl.

My guess is that you have set production in one building you dont have a worker in.

I am confused what the problem is. Your final sentence indicates that stuff is being made. So you obviously managed to correctly set up your workers.

What could be is that you have production buildings without workers or without orders. If you go to the managment tap and then to buildings, do you see warnings there? If so, what do they look like? (screenshot?)

As per the images from Morri, the left hand image shows the farmer and the red bag but what's missing does not show on the right hand image. However, I have in the resource chest hundreds of beetroot, cabbage, carrots and onion seeds, so there is no shortage of seeds. So why is the red bag icon there?
