House insulation cannot reach 100%
I have several simple houses that were built early in my game. They are all stone walls with highest tier roof and all walls are insulated with limestone. However, some houses report 92.9% insulation instead of 100%. I have verified I’ve gotten all walls to include the two sections up by the roof and no other sections are highlighted showing they could be insulated. I have tried removing the insulation and putting it back with no luck. Other houses are showing 100%, but quite a few are maxing at 92.9%. What gives? FYI playing on ps5 so if there is a forum for console please let me know.

On steam you'd be able to upload your savegame so the bughunters could take a look.
I don't know if there's such a possibility on PS.

My bad. Please ignore. The roofs of the houses with the 92.9% had tier 2 roofs. The names of the roofs are so similar I missed it. After upgrading to tier 3, insulation was 100%
