Ladies in the early Middle Ages were very fashion-conscious. Dresses were either very simple - or very expensive. Therefore, the self-respecting lady did not refrain from flaunting her dresses under any circumstances - not even when modelling for nude patches. That is why there are none.
Believe me, we tried everything, but these stubborn broads just wouldn't take their clothes off.

Yeah i guess their clothes are sewed stuck on them so they will never be naked not in the bath not when going to the bathroom etc.

The reason why there would not be a nude patch is that the dev don't have to be anatomically correct about it.
