Quelle est la question au juste?
Il est plus facile de faire le calcul pour l'année car la consommation varie en fonction de la saison.
In your example, 736.0 is the total of wood VALUE you have in your resource storage building that villagers can use. 316.1 is the total of wood value your villagers need each day.

In the first screenshot you can allow or forbid your villagers what wood they are allowed to use.
In the second screenshot you can see how much value 1 piece of firewood has. It has a value of 5 wood.
So in my case, if I had 20 pieces of firewood in my resource storage, the total amount of wood in my management screen (first number) would show 100 (20 x 5).
Firewood is the best option for them to burn through, that's why i disabled all other materials cause I prefer to use those for other things.
If they burn through it too quickly, you should put more workers or higher skilled workers in your woodshed.
Especially in the beginning, I find it helpful to have my workers only producing logs. I then make firewood of it myself (goes faster if you do it yourself) and put the firewood in the resource storage for my villagers to use.
