Which ones are the best in your opinion? After knowledge, empathy and barter?

The skills that will help you during entire game. Romeo is useless. As soon you are married it is wasted skill points. Diplomat I have not spent one point at and still have 19k in dynasty.
Barter, Castellan and creative accounting is the best in my opinion.

Remember once we have unlocked the Herbalist Hut II level of tech we can buy the Potion of Possibilities recipe and use that to reset all the skill trees to nothing and reassign the points again.

At first get all the perks that will help level it faster and then ones that will help build rep and affection and barter. Once you hit lvl 10 drink a potion of possibilities and then pick perks that will affect the later game.
